The Loft
As the campus’ signature event venue, The Loft is located on the fourth floor of Congdon Yards’ Factory Building. The Pine Room is the most spacious venue at The Loft and features wooden columns and an antique bar for a rustic but elegant setting. For views of downtown High Point, consider the Linen Room, which can hold up to 200 people and has customizable accent lighting available to set the mood for any event. The Silk Room is a more intimate setting and features a more contemporary style for smaller, classy events. The Luxe and Leather Suites are also available as connected and private spaces, perfect for stepping away from all the action while staying close to your meeting.

The 3rd Floor
The 3rd Floor is perfect for conferences, with several options to host seminars and other meeting-style events all in one place. Full of natural light, the Spinning Room is the penultimate reception area on The 3rd Floor. Its wooden columns and original brick walls will transport your team back to the building’s early days while they celebrate. For more traditional corporate events, the Engine Room is equipped with in-house audio-visual equipment to give presentations with ease. The Pattern, Stack and Weaving Rooms are great for breakout events throughout the day and can host between 16-20 people per session. If you need a room to take client meetings or just need a minute away, the Finishing Room offers a private space for meetings of five or less.
